What is Soul 13?
Soul 13 is a body-aware energy healing approach for people who feel stuck despite having tried therapy, mindset work, or spiritual practices.​

What makes Soul 13 so effective is that it works with a specific understanding of the soul's architecture. The soul holds trauma and wounding from this lifetime and past lifetimes in particular ways. Rather
than working through analysis or repeated storytelling, Soul 13 releases these issues directly at the soul level, where they're actually stored.

When patterns shift at this root level, the changes ripple through your
nervous system and sense of self. The healing often feels natural, stabilizing, and lasting.
The Soul 13 system emerged through years of practice with transmissions I received while visiting and returning again and again to Costa Rica's Arenal Volcano.

The Bridge: An Awakening Practice is an experiential workshop inviting you to explore awakening through direct experience, recognizing that separation and oneness exist simultaneously—we live as distinct individuals while also participating in a unified field of consciousness. Through guided meditation, heart-opening breathing work rooted in shamanic practice, and partnered contemplative exploration, we will gently enter the space where personal awareness meets collective awakening, followed by group integration and reflection.
This offering is open to all and requires only an open mind and a willingness to explore; no prior experience is needed.
