The Soul 13 Experience is a 3-hour introductory workshop, a mini immersion into the Soul 13 healing system through guided meditation, energetic transmission, and simple hands-on healing techniques. You don't need formal training or experience with energy work. Some capacity to sense and feel energy helps, but mostly what's asked of you is openness.

Each workshop stands on its own. Some foundational practices return, but the transmissions and teachings evolve month to month, so no two gatherings are quite the same.

These are intimate, drop-in workshops offered monthly beginning this fall at my office in Needham, MA. You're welcome whenever the timing feels right, and many people return regularly to deepen their connection with the Soul 13 energies.
